Terms of Service

The rules for using ThinkProv. Plain English, no surprises.

The short version: use ThinkProv to practise thinking and speaking under pressure. Don't abuse the platform. Feedback is a training tool, not a professional assessment. You own what you say. We own the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ThinkProv ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use ThinkProv.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ThinkProv. If you're under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're eligible to use the Service.

ThinkProv is a training tool for thinking and speaking under pressure. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Free tier and paid plans

ThinkProv currently offers a free baseline of 3 full sessions and access to selected drills. When paid plans launch, additional drills and features will be gated behind a subscription.

We reserve the right to change the features included in each tier at any time, with reasonable notice to existing users.

6. Scoring and feedback disclaimer

ThinkProv analyses your speech and returns scores and written feedback across 10 dimensions (5 Thinking, 5 Delivery). This feedback is generated automatically and is intended as a practice and training aid.

7. Audio and content

When you use ThinkProv, you grant us a limited licence to process your audio recordings and resulting transcripts to generate scores and feedback.

8. Intellectual property

ThinkProv, including its name, brand, design, scoring methodology, drill library, training frameworks, knowledge graph system, and software, is owned by ThinkProv and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of ThinkProv without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

ThinkProv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

You may stop using ThinkProv and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing thinkprov@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify users via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of ThinkProv after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
