The short version: we collect only what we need to run ThinkProv. We don't sell your data. Audio is processed for transcription and not stored. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
1. Who we are
ThinkProv ("we", "us", "our") is a training platform for thinking and speaking under pressure, available at thinkprov.com.

2. What we collect
Account information
- Your email address and display name when you sign up
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account name and email
Onboarding survey data
When you first join, we ask optional questions about your role, industry, goals, and how you found us. This helps us understand who's using ThinkProv and improve the product. It is never shown to other users and never used to target you with advertising.
Practice data
- Audio recordings: captured during sessions, sent to our speech-to-text provider for transcription. Audio is not stored on our servers.
- Transcripts: the text version of what you said, stored so you can review your sessions and so we can score them.
- Scores and coaching feedback: generated from your transcripts across our 10-dimension scoring system, stored in your account.
- Session history: topic, duration, scores, drill type, date.
- Knowledge graph: concept nodes and connections extracted from your sessions, used to personalise drills like Concept Bridge.
Usage data
- Which features you use and when
- Your practice streak, session count, and progression milestones
- Your selected interests for topic personalisation
3. How we use your information
- To provide and improve ThinkProv
- To generate personalised feedback on your speech
- To pick practice topics based on your interests
- To track your progress over time and tailor your training
- To understand our user base in aggregate (anonymised analysis)
- To respond to your support requests
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.
4. Third-party services
Running ThinkProv means sharing certain data with trusted providers. We share only what's necessary.
Supabase
Hosts your account, session history, transcripts, scores, and knowledge graph. Row-level security ensures users can only access their own data. Supabase Privacy Policy →
Anthropic (Claude)
Your transcripts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate scoring and coaching feedback. Anthropic does not train its models on API data by default. Anthropic Privacy Policy →
Deepgram
Audio recordings are streamed to Deepgram for transcription. Audio passes through their processing pipeline and is not stored. Deepgram Privacy Policy →
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. Google Privacy Policy →
Formspree
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our inbox. Formspree Privacy Policy →
Stripe (when payments launch)
When paid plans become available, Stripe will process payments on our behalf. ThinkProv does not store payment card details. Stripe Privacy Policy →
5. Storage and security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Authentication is enforced at the database level via row-level security: users can only read and write their own rows.
Audio recordings are sent directly to Deepgram for transcription and are not stored on our servers. Transcripts and scores are stored in your account and protected behind authentication.
No system is completely secure. We recommend using a strong, unique password (or Google sign-in) and not sharing your account credentials.
6. Your rights
- Access: view your sessions, scores, and progress inside the app at any time
- Correction: update your interests and profile in Settings
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing thinkprov@gmail.com

8. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you across other sites.
9. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate metrics may be retained.
